HOD Consulting Framework
Our consultants have identified six competencies that drive extraordinary performance in emerging leaders. While all six are displayed effectively in all leaders, our research shows that women and minorities need more coaching and development around specific areas that impede their advancement to the executive suite. HOD Consulting uses this framework to build customized coaching programs for all clients in order to increase diversity in their executive suite.
