Our mission is to help our clients improve the leadership skills of diverse high-potential middle managers so as to prepare them for successful executive positions in an increasingly global business marketplace.

The HOD in our name spells out our three main areas of focus:
Using a combination of leading research and our expertise in these three areas, we build customized leadership development programs for emerging leaders, particularly high-performing multicultural women.
HOD Consulting Framework
Our consultants have identified six competencies that drive extraordinary performance in emerging leaders. While all six are displayed effectively in all leaders, our research shows that women and minorities need more coaching and development around specific areas that impede their advancement to the executive suite. HOD Consulting uses this framework to build customized coaching programs for all clients in order to increase diversity in their executive suite.
